The thing I saw that I would have prefered not seeing was a 'healthy' young bird (past healthy, more rolly-polly, and I call her a bird since I have reason to believe she's a loyal subject of Her Royal Highness Queen Elizabeth II), in an above the knee black skirt, a Union Jack top entirely too form fitting for her form, and worst of all, UGG boots.
I have no problem with people who carry around a little extra weight, so long as they recognize this about themselves and dress accordingly.
I have no problem with somebody proudly displaying a Union Jack on their body, but not on Independence Day.
I have no problem with UGG boots, worn indoors, or actually in a ski chalet, but on the streets near the beach, on a summer day, paired with a skirt, that ain't right.
