This photo, in my opinion, should be the all time award winner for least erotic picture featuring two attractive, completely naked actresses (and one Tom Ford).
Scarlett's pose is way too reminiscent of a 'naked baby' pose (it's the white, white skin and the short legs and small feet, very infant like). Keira having her earlobe ripped off doesn't look much better. The shoulders hunching forward to hide her breasts makes her torso and neck much less erotic than they could have been. Plus Defamer has the best take on Tom Ford's inclusion in this photo.
